Monterey
Every time we leave some place we have enjoyed, we are sad. But it doesn't last, because each new place is as good or better than the last! Today we had a nice reach across the Bay from Moss Landing to Monterey. Its blowing 20 to 30 knots outside the Bay, but in here it was only 10 knots, perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the boat.
After arriving, Vicki and I rode out to Lover's Point and Point Pinos. We saw this deer along the way.
Even though its the holiday weekend coming up, we will stay here a few days, as the wind offshore is going to be gale force for the next 4 days.
Note: Vicki took all of these pictures.
